St Luke’s Care trading as St Luke’s Private Hospital
My name is Paul Ryken, Director People and Culture and I first met with Belinda Russell and Ariane McGing in late 2024 to assist St Luke’s Care with several Enterprise Agreements. The previous Agreements were convoluted, outdated, and difficult to navigate.
Both Ariane and Belinda have been instrumental in achieving successful negotiations and in maintaining a harmonious relationship with all bargaining representatives. Their professionalism, expertise, and approachable manner have made what could have been a complex process both seamless and constructive.
Our experience has been so rewarding that we have now engaged them on a retainer basis to provide ongoing Human Resources and Employment Relations support to St Luke’s Care.
If you are looking for a professional team who are true experts in their field, but who also take the time to understand your organisation and never make you feel like just another number, I highly recommend ABsolute Workplace Solutions Pty Ltd as the right partners for you.
